Big Fatty's Flaming Foods is a labor of love and purveyor of award winning spicy foods. Six years ago we completed building our commerical kitchen, affectionately known as "The House of Pain." This is where magic happens.
Our original Hot Biscotti is baked and new flavors are developed here. Mistress Karlita's Spankin' Rub was created here and our Combustible Cornbread Mix came alive here. Gail and Ricky discovered each other and their mutual love of useless information within these walls in 1996 and were married here in 1998. The HOP is indeed a place where love rules.
Big Fatty's is a defender of food grade and industrial hemp and hopes you check out the nutritional benefits and other uses of hemp provided on this website.
Big Fatty's can be seen at various events locally and nationally during the year so look for us and say hello.
